I would venture to think from what I have read that pretty much the whole world. As I have said before the price will go up when it is allowed to go up but the big boys want to try and shake the tree to buy shares at a low price. To date it does not seem like people are willing to part with their shares at this (imo) very lowball price. I base that on how quick the price jumps and how few shares
