I for one have always appreciated Telemarker's posts.  He seems to mostly focus on moly and tungsten stocks and yes, probably half of them deliver details we would rather not see exist.  But it seems to me that thinking his posts are bashing is just an indication that many people can't handle the truth.   I don't remember him ever saying he would never ...more

Telemarker,  your last post shows the level 2 concerning Dundee's recent acquisitions of WOF shares in Jan. and April with the title "still unsolved." I probably missed an earlier post but what remains unsolved concerning these transactions?

Telemarker. You are correct that Dundee's 3.5+ million share WOF purchase does not appear in the Stockwatch trading history you provided. No longer a mystery. Dundee has filed the April 22/13 purchase on Sedi. They now hold 43,317,500 shares and 11,057,500 warrants. https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTItdSelectIssuer?locale=en_CA Insider name: Dundee Corporation Insider's Relationship to Issuer: 3 - 10% Security Holder of Issuer Ceased to be Insider: ...more

There was never any mystery around whether they filed or not.  The mystery centers around how they could have purchased these shares on the open market at 28 cents.  This is impossible.   And has anybody noticed?  Colonial First State and Global Resource Fund -- two of WOF's largest shareholders -- waited until mid January, 2013 to declare what is essentially a whole year ...more
