Taking Way Too Much Time

for this to result in a simple Private Placement or Public offering.  Those investment vehicules require only a couple of days to complete, especially with these heavyweights involved.  This IMO is going through a much more exhaustive process resulting in an operating structure financing that will also include some final funds allocated toward completion of final drilling.  One fact is that these share price levels of the past couple of weeks will NOT be part of the final equation!!  A "going private" transaction is my prediction.
