Why was the monthly progress report hidden from OTC WFEMF?

Why wasn't the Woulfe Mining monthly progress report sent out to WFEMF shareholders on the U.S. OTC stock exchange? That's asinine in my book. Management needs to update the shareholders on all three stock exchanges in a proper manner with these new monthly progress reports. Woulfe Mining is listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange in Germany, U.S. OTC and WOF on the CSE in Canada.

...it is not "asinine" it is quite deliberate...and it was very likely done for the same reason they have refused to set up a functioning website for the company (it is inconceivable that they are not capable of getting one up and running) and that it has remained "under construction" for months...and is very likely to remain that way for years unless somebody starts to hold ...more

How about the idea they may be "nit-picking",that is,being selectively conscience where they spend their funds, and won't spend the money on  website development until they have something/s of value to report to the public, instead of having a website where little information is conveyed, since at the moment, there isn't any that amounts to anything?

If we have to save money by not having a website, then we are already in deep s h i t ..  Putting up a website and keeping it updated periodically with progress on the ground at the mine with photos etc. is not an expensive exercise..  All it needs is some effort, imagination and willingness to keep investors in the loop..

Correct TechOne:  If the company cannot afford a website it is already beyond hopeless.  What I find interesting is that both myself and several others have mentioned the lack of a website on this bullboard MANY times now.  And I am sure the management reads it.  Yet they do not feel the least bit ashamed or compelled to get one up and running.  Even though it is clearly ...more

Happy, nothing is hidden from OTC WFEMF.  The monthly progress is a report required by the CSE, not by OTC WFEMF.  It is a level playing field for all retail shareholders. The CSE reports are available to everyone on the internet. The  progress report problem is that it gave no specifics regarding the starting of the testing work at Sangdong last month.  Technically, if ...more

I didn't think work would begin until late May.  The snows in the mountains during the winter make work there hazardous, and so it's likely that they could only easily access a handful of points to drill from.
