I am correct in saying that Almonty is now responsible to pay IMC's, WOF's outstanding loan???.Will IMC take Almonty shares as settlement like Dundee did???.

Could Almonty take a PP through Dundee, therefore taking over Almonty  and putting the mine into production. ( Berkshire Hathaway Warren Buffett would then be the largest producer of Tungsten outside of China).

If this happened Almonty could easily go to $4 / $5.

I don't know where you get your $4- $5 evaluation, but without Almonty, the intrinsic value of Wof shares are $0.30 (give or take).  Adding Almonty's shares in the mix, reduces the share price futher.  Take into account the 10:1 exchange for Wof to Almonty shares, would reduce it even further.
