Where's the upside?

Wow! A much greater discount valuation from before... (8 cents a share or .31 conversion of a WOF share to Almonty). To 7 cents a share...? I find it interesting how there was no movement on share price with all the upside NR's lately... Stock manipulation perhaps?

In the meantime I'm sure a lot of the gains will happen to Almonty due to this news... In the meantime we sit idle on the wrong side of the fence... No gains for us here... I'm trying to find an upside here...
thoughts?

On one side it is certainly a slap in the face receiving a lower offer than before and the first reaction would be to vote against the merger under these conditions. Most of us will certainly enter into the merged company with a loss. I was also one of those strongly objecting against the last offer.
