shows 5000 shares offered between 82c and 125c
15000 shares bid between 60c and 78c
What does it mean? whatever ask existed over one month ago (about 100k shares) has been taken out and the stock is now rising with no obvious resistance due to the buyback broker.

so the buyback broker is setting the floor price of Almonty's stock.

maybe setting the floor. It is hard to tell who is pushing or pulling harder (the buyback broker or the vacuum of asks). Now there is another 7000 shares on the bid at 79c. Lack of Almonty sellers certainly makes any rise in SP faster. On the other hand, Woulfe sellers seem to appear reliably on most upticks so the SP is lagging the merger conversion ratio.
