Voting

Most of us seem to be in agreement that the merger might be the best way, but we deserve more than 40% of the new company. Almonty will not give up control of the new company. Someone recently posted (I think Seg) that we should get 49% of the new company, and I think that a lot of us will be a lot happier with that. Is there a way to vote NO but YES if we got 49%? How can that message get across in court that this is what Woulfe shareholders feel is a fairer deal? Is the only way by voting no and hoping for the best?

Unless there is a competing offer, this is all there is for us to vote.. Since I am away for next 2 weeks, does not look like I will be back in time.. I do plan to attrend the meeting which is at Lawyers' offices so looks like Almonty is not expecting a lot of people to show up.. I plan to vote 'yes' if I make it on time..
