Done Deal

As far as share holders are concerned..  BC Court approval will be sought on Monday..  TSX has already approved the deal tentatively..

I was late so missed chit chat with the CEO who was on through CC..  There was only 1 other share holder who attended..

Expect update, news etc. once all the merger related formalties are approved and out of the way..

FWIW..

You can still buy WOF.V at 0.065 and there is still a .02 discount to AII.V bid / ask ..
