What now?

Since I am not a highly experienced investor and have 10,000 shares in this company which are now close to worthless, what is the expectation? Is this still a buy? How will being on the OTC affect the stock? Will this company fold?

Appreciate any insights.

here's my 2 cents the company lost a ton on coin over the last year......the secured debt holders were getting nervous about their money ($2 billion) the unsecured debt guys ($6 billion) took a lifeline to try and rescue some of their money by trading their debt for 99% of the new shares the existing shareholders will be rolled back 100 to 1 and will hold 1% of the new shares so the new ...more

Per my understanding. that is correct. What is more important is that your total cost in the 10000 shares reduced to 100 will be the same AND your per share cost will increase by 100 times.  If your cost now is $1 per share. It will become $100 per share. You can make your own guess as to how long it will take to recover. If the market price is low as it is now after they issue new shares, ...more
