Sorry; why not input as to why my suggestion of signing a waiver by the investor when he/she engages a brokerage firm as to whether he/she would like to have their shares (that they legally purchase & own) used for "shorting" purposes. This waiver would apply to all shares of all stocks aquired with the use ot the said brokerage firm. If he/she choses their change their mind
