My understanding is this is Wgx year end, prior to merger, KRR results may show in Oct. after qrtr 1 of new WGX. Could be wrong.

G-man is correct. Their financial year ended on June 30th. Assuming the first quarter will conclude the end of Sept., we should see the results of the combined company certainly not later than mid November. Be nice if they continue with upbeat annoucements in the meantime. Like phenominal drill results for example.
