So the higher acb goes the less shares we will get once take over of icc is complete. Stupid

NO, it was just an example what it WOULD be on 7. September. The only thing set it 1,95 for ICC. The ratio ICC shareholders receive will be another one and NOT 0,2448!!!! That was only an example.

If you are right, it is not fair for the shareholders and also they cannot vote if the aurora price is not already fixed

Wrong. If this were the case, ICC shares would be trading much higher as you could theoretically buy ACB shares for $7.97 through ICC. Also: "The Transaction will be effected by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the Arrangement).
