True Value

Just want to see what others think the actual market cap should be on this.  I dont see how it should be less than 40M, the licenses in BC alone are worth 25M..

IMO, with current market conditions 50-70M is fair value,
thoughts?

With such a great location in Toronto.. I should be more than 40m ones it gets into business.

Personally I think this company is wildly undervalued..   MC should be much higher than it currently is,  not even taking into account the Toronto stores which I think are going to kill it.      honestly I dont even know how to expalin why it's so low.  my only thought is that investors dont seem to know about it..      but they'll have to ...more

Problem right now is covid. Pre-covid this stock was doing pretty okay with good spikes. But like most weed stocks. It's pretty still.

Don't agree with Covid is the issue for the share price.  FAF has gone up drastically.  Managment seems to want to keep the price down with zero news.. dont understand why? Thoughts?  I waa guessing before Covid and do think Covid might have delayed a potential buyout from one of the big growers perhaps. Maybe their holding newa back to ramp price up when the talks resume..

The problem is that these small trades are happening at lower prices which is artificially driving down the price. Anyone with any foresight would hang on to this for a while. Eventually this will get back to a reasonable market cap which hopefully brings in more volume of trading. As of this week I don't think 20,000 shares have changed hands. So the smart traders are waiting it out and rest ...more

These guys do not want to sell out. the biggest challenge for them is getting the cash to build out stores in ontario.  the low share price is hurting them, as they will have to dilute the shares more with any bought deal financing.

The last round of injection covered building the stores in Ontario.  Apparently they are sitting their completed ready to open.

From my understanding based on other retailers trying to open stores is that the Ontario Cannabis regulatory body is pausing handing out licenses. So, this could be problematic for their bottom line if they are continuing to pay a lease that isn't being offset by sales. Crossing my fingers that's not the case, but time will tell!

Don't think the lease cost is going to be detrimental.. not great but in the grand scheme of it nothing.  They will print money once it does open.

what do you base the BC  licence value on?  BC is starfting to hand out a lot of retail licenses, the licenses certainly do not cost the company that much.  maybe the licenses and store combined.... there is a reason why many Pot copmpanies have seen their Market Caps drop over 90% since the peak.... that was unfortunately the worst case of FOMO i ever saw...now everyone is a ...more
