I haven't looked at the mm quotes in quite a while but happened to check it last fri. when vol swelled to over 600,000.I think I saw bofa on the bid and at the end of the day they were gone. Don't know if they were there before fri but they haven't been around since. Seems coincidental tha they jumped in on high vol day and then this financing news today. Does anybody know of bank of

Cerebus & tbrown, those were my thoughts exactly. If Doug is putting his bacon on the line to the tune of $1M plus then he must be plenty certain of the eventual outcome. It would have been even more encouraging if the PR mentioned Weatherford.
