Can anyone explain????

On April 8,2010 filings with the SEC??? Filings indicate two Trusts each with 10% of Wescorp stock and the right to aquire more. Is Wescorp going to end up controlled by an offshore Company?  Should we be worrying ? Please respond.Board has been dead since March 26th. Regardless, 5su5bbest wishes to all.

Ironically you are late as nxbrute posted. The barbados company has been filing for past few months as I questioned early last month to no avail. Not only do they own a large amount of shares already but the genius is paying them a million shares or so more every month in penalty. This all came about as a result of one of the genius's earlier company purchases. At this point one can only hope ...more

One of the two parties concerned must have the smarts. the genius you speak of  may be paying off in stage money ? (which truly makes him a genius),or the other party, whom is amassing a kings ransom in legitimate stock.  Or, perhaps they are both  genius inclined ?  I wonder?  At least you answered my question to some degree Stocky.  With best wishes to all.

Question is, are they in possession of these shares? They can file whatever they want. Are said shares in question "restricted"?Were they not in discussion/negotiation to settle on a reasonable amount, whatever that would be. How about zero? Can't they just take their technology back? The saga continues.

You ask a lot of questions about "they". The answer is that they are owed a lot of shares in payment of goods sold. How would anybody on this bd know about negotiations notwithstanding mgmt blowin smoke up your axs?"Can't they just take their tech back ?" What boat did you arrive on?

You call those "goods". Please enlighten me more on the DCR900 and while you're at it the DCR1000.Read the filings, there you will find the answer. That's how anybody...!They don't get their shares its well within their rights to take it back. G5.

Goods was just a figure of speech. Hopefully the maxx will break the long string of losers but the stock doesn't paint a pretty picture.9nnjt

What 'losers' are you referring to when you say 'Hopefully the maxx will break the long string of losers'?
