Rather than build up a large work force, Wescorp will license its technology or form third-party partnerships to accelerate market adoption of the technologies. For example, the relationship being developed with Weatherford, a $4B oil services company, contemplates Weatherford having the licensing rights for the off-shore drilling segment of the oil industry, including the Gulf of Mexico
