10K and WSCE + E

I see we are WSCEE today (20th), but I also see that the 10K did get filed on the 18th.
Presumably it was meant to be filed on the 1st and we are within the 15 days grace period (working days ) assume).

Does the "E" mean that there are further documents that have yet to be filed, or is it actually a miner glitch that the "E" is there and it will go away shortly?
Anyone asked mr Biles what the "complications encountered" were that led to the delay?

Terri MacInnis used to send me links to the PR and Shareholders letter, not that the links actually worked properly (the pdf files didn't have the .pdf extension added automatically), but she seems to have stopped doing that, maybe she didn't like my follow-up questions, I'm wondering whether others have notice this and / or what others get sent nowadays?


Anyone read the 10K, can't imagine there's anything "timely" in it that might enthuse us, but also wondering what skeletons we might find.

In my opinion, Lapointe is cheaper and not better! She rarely answers the phone and doesn't get back to you when you leave a message. I have left numerous voicemails and emails and did not get a call back. This is typical of management to hire someone like this. Just like in the past, when they hired Dave Jones. Never called back, just another reason why shareholders get so angry with this
