Need to get financials filed, halted due to late filing.

This always puzzles me, you know the filing schedule and you know the penalty (getting halted), if you don't file on time. This company has so few eyes on it already, we don't need this type of negative exposure.

They don't need that listing so I think they are dropping it. That would be a cost savings.
