W&T Offshore NYSE WTI wins Bankruptcy auction $88.5 mill bid

Cox Operating said 600 GOM shallow wells produce 85K boed.

Kroll Bankruptcy operator said August/23 revenue was $106 mill.

This will  triple WTI's production to about 130K boed with total net debt under $500 mill.
