Curaleaf Pays 2.7 times Revenue
Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (CURA) -- announced this morning that it will buy Tryke Companies for $286-million (U.S.). The deal boosts Curaleaf's presence in three states.
Tryke has two dispensaries in Arizona, its home state, and four in Nevada. Its third state is Utah, where it has no dispensaries, but it does have an active farm with a rare cannabis cultivation licence.
Tryke is expected to have $110 m in 2021 revenues but its revenue growth has been slow.
