voting results are out on sedar.................
As suspected - less than 50% of holders actually voted - now these passive income investors are holding a crappy penny stock wondering what happened..................
$15,849,000 principal amount (82.64%) $3,330,000 principal amount (17.36%)
I will wager the price will drop further as retirees scamble for the exits wondering what happened................
As for doubling down on the debentures and prepaying 3 months of interest prior to conversion............ Still can't get my head around that logic........... Anyone care to explain??

Debbie's were trading at $30-35, I'm a little surprised the shares are exchanging hands rather heavily at 3.5cents to be honest. We know there are sellers but where are these buyers coming from?
