1st half Budget, valuation per flowing & bid volume
The 1st half budget has been published on page 12 of the presentation. If my calculations are correct, the cashflow breakeven is around US$44 for WCS (and US$54 for LSB). The upside cashflow wise of a higher WCS price is substantial. The downside is..........................................................
Of note, excluding SG&A, the cashflow break-even is C$50 WCS which for a buyer is not bad?
The valuation per flowing barrel of oil at 3 cents a share is $8,900 which is very low.
The bid volume at 3 cents the past week (2-3M shares) has been substantial - a lot more than prior to conversion adjusting of course for shares outstanding. I would describe it as slow accumulation at a low price.
I would guess the range now is 0 to 9 cents. I feel though that 6 cents would be acceptable as well if investors could actually unload at that price and choose whatever other title to invest in as everything is in the dumps these days.
