YES or NO?

So I received the full information package regarding the takeover arrangement.
I have been a long time holder of my shares.

Curious as to what others think. I'm leaning no. I think the offer is a little week and think things were just taking off.  I think they should come back with a better offer.  I think the premium they are paying is too low.... $1.25 more realistic.    I'm not quite sure this arrangement passes the stink test.

i say no. the management and large stakeholders have totally manipulated this buyout.  i wouldn't be suprised if they drop their offer let the sp tank, buy more shares and come back with a higher offer by say .05 cents ? come on guys just hire a Texas based Inv Banker and let's  see the offers roll in ?? well what does the management have to say about this ?? or are they waiting ...more

No is my vote. As a longtime share holder I held my nose with all the employess stock options gravy train in the hope that the payday down the road would make it worthwhile. Instead the greedy insiders have decided to keep the upside to themselves for no other reason then greed. There is no way this would have been allowed in the US markets. The regulators in Canada need to wake up. At teh very ...more

 It's no,    We may be too little to make a difference against big holders. But I like to say, management have no respect for the average Joe, shareholders. They managed against all odds for years, we believed, we stayed and now they are taking the best out of our hands leaving us behind. just as things are starting to get better.  I hate the feeling!
