Stock history

Question on the stock history. I know initial shares were given from $SX shares at an 8:1 ratio. When I look up the stock price history, ZEU started near $10 but almost right away plummeted. What do you think happened there? Also, in my online portfolio, it is listed as a 90% loss, when I didn’t pay for any of these shares. I will call my platform and ask about that, but thought I would throw it out here to see if anyone can help me understand.
