ZMGD found an appropriate company to be its secondary merger, the company is Paraform Design, and the lead agent in the process of merging is Mina Mar Group Inc. (MMG).

Secondary merger candidates are operating companies that are start upsand or companies with some operations that have potential to hyper growin a short period of time if their goods and or services and enter avertical growth space.Obviously this is the place for investment! ZMGD is a great company!

This is great news !I hope it would be successful as merge with Everdow Software was .I`m sure that their management made another good decision !!!
