Zamage Digital Art Imaging, Inc. is pleased to announce that it hascompleted its merger with North American company Paraform Design(www.paraformdesign.com).
The merger completed on all stock basis will leave the current sharestructure unchanged due to the China operating company pending sale andsplit off.
