ZMGD&Paraform Design
ZMGD announced on Jun 22, 2011 that it has completed its merger with Paraform Design, a North American company which is an award winning, nationally recognized design firm that creates custom branded identity, print, web and signage solutions.
IMO, one successful collaboration has just started!!

Also there is an interesting info in the news, that ZMGD management, in addition to merger with Paraform Design, intends to complete a share acquisition and reduce its authorized and outstanding shares to less than 700 million from current 2.8 billion.

With this merger and reduce of outstanding shares they are becoming a major league in design industry !Paraform Design is a good company with a lot of potential . There team is mostly made of young , talented designers !!!
