ZMS and capital loss for tax 2021 purposes
Hello... I was wondering if anybody here has any information or advice for those of us who are stuck with ZMS shares. I have 150000 shares (canadian market) valued at 0 basically since more than a year. These shares cannot be sold nor on the canadian market and neither on the american market.
Would anybody know if there's a way to still claim a capital loss and definitely get rid of "this"...? Thanks

I would love to see a class action law suit get started against this crook. I would jump on board in a heart beet. There is too many of these scum bags out there that need to be locked up for a while. They are fleecing investors all the time and getting away with it. I do see a lot more class actions lately against crooks like this , why not one more.

Presumably all those with enough bucks to originate a law suit were smart enough to bail out before it was dumped into the bay of China. Possibly Faouzi just decided to retire in a castle in Shanghai living a life of luxury.

We'll, looks like Zerrouk the crook just picked up and is now hiding at https://werbold.com/, trying to scam new investors over there. If I ever ran into the bloke, I'd be sure to have a shiv in my hand. Lol.

What on earth are you saying? He is the king of BS. He made nothing but false claims, burnt shareholder money and then what's worst, pulled the rug out and went silent. He never replied to any of my emails. He is a joke with a chip on his shoulder, and is stubborn as a mule - one only needs to look back over the years and how he handled the lawsuits and investors.

He did actually make and sell SiPM's and actually had some good engineers on the project. Also some crystals for PET. But both of those projects failed. Some of the others may have been pure BS, but - ask the crypto people - BS sometimes outperforms real stuff. Agreed he should have departed with a clean bankruptcy, and I stopped believing his schemes 8 years ago.

Having watched, participated and lost in the market, and also having watched the politicians for many years I can honestly say the answer to your question is "never". Being held accountable only applies to the minions! All others go scot free forever.
