Invesco NASDAQ Next Gen 100 Index ETF Fund seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the NASDAQ Next Generation 100 Index, or any successor thereto (the Index), on a hedged basis. The Fund invests, directly or indirectly, primarily in equity securities of companies listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market. To achieve these objectives, the portfolio management team will seek direct or indirect exposure to the securities that make up the Nasdaq Next Generation 100 Index or any successor thereto. The Fund intends to invest primarily in securities of Invesco NASDAQ Next Gen 100 ETF (Nasdaq Ticker: QQQJ) (the underlying fund) which also tracks the performance of the Nasdaq Next Generation 100 Index.
