As per the option agreement between Ditem and Golden Valley Mines (TSX VENTURE: GZZ) Golden Valley Mines is operator of the exploration programs until Ditem acquires a 50% interest in the property by spending $1 million. Ditem's 50% interest can be increased to 60% by spending $2 million in the fourth year. Golden Valley Mines has to date proven to be an excellent operator and exploration partner.
