I feel the SEC has errored against the shareholder for allowing USXP to continue trading and not having halted the stock many months ago.

It will be an interesting week or two.

Yes good info and a much better delivery from RA this time around. In my opinion the pps has not taken effect yet to the buyback comment. I think the investing community will respond to that when the actual PR comes out.

I really pray RA has an outline and comes across better that before. He seems to beat around the bush and get off topic .That is not good, but if he introduces his new exec, sounds/stays on topic, and jits key points I think our pps will reflect that.

At this low level if you sell you have lost!
