think about all that is going on and for how long it is going on. RA and any associated would be long in jail, and only now is the SEC saying they should go to jail. The SEC or any organization would not need to say or imply that. The law and our courts would prevail.
Thinking it through:
* SEC did not protect investors, expecially if they let USXP operate under these illegal (so said) practices.
* SEC is a party to allowing NSS to continue and SEC profited for it. SEC calls the kettle black!
* SEC digging but can't seem to put RA 6 feet under. USXP's appeal still needs to be heard.
* SEC is pointed at inside the Denver office. Maybe it is more accurately some SEC employees and not the entire SEC. That would be good for those good employees inside SEC would need to sort this out and help USXP and us investors to correct any illegal activity and help USXP collect the NSS Jury award onies.
* USXP troubles me with the words and fighting rethoric RA is now famous for. USXP may have shot itself in the foot by publishing some of the agressive vs SEC PR's. Hope not but this is not going to be over quickly.
* USXP better have an ace up their sleeve and play it soon, cause I am all in and stand to lose a lot of invested funds based on announcements and the jury award.
* USXP might want to play one trump card now, that being the ME funding and any Saudi people/groups may want to fund our rescue.
* USXP may be better off operating in Saudi Arabia for I think there is better support for security that in the USA. Homeland security and TSA is a costly joke.
* USXP has great potential but mired in all this legal stuff makes it unclear if USXP will prevail.
Can't sell now for we won't get any money for it.
SurgeAhead!
