    Just checking the criteria for inclusion on the TSX small cap....besides the normal course min volumes, turnover of shares and a few others that we already meet.... here is the crux of what we yet need to accomplish:( Most of Point 1-6 is easily met prior to #7 as follows:)

     

    BTW ....basically 1/2 way there!

     

     

    7. To be eligible for inclusion in the Index, a security must meet the following two criteria based on the closing price on the Toronto Stock Exchange:
    a) The security must represent a minimum weight of 0.05% of the Index, after including the QMV for that security in the total Float capitalization for the Index. In the event that any Index Security has a weight of more than 10% at any month-end, the minimum weights for the purpose of inclusion will be based on the S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index.
    b) The security must have a minimum trade weighted average price of $1 over the past 3 months as well
