Believe me I understand completely that you want everyone to stay in SA. It has been 6 years for most of you. From what I read most of you have many shares still in SA. There is a big difference from when you bought many years ago until today. You said

"When the markets show signs of life, and more information is known about EAG drilling (if successful), and some resolution on the West Lombok property comes into focus… an equilibrium price between the two will be achieved. Until then, my money is going into Southern Arc."

I am not saying SA will not reward their investors some day. I am saying that it seems that EAG is the play right now especially if their recent drilling shows any signs of life.

I don't know if you have read a past post on this board from Vwig. It stated that a large retail investor wasn't given the attention he thought he deserved from SA. I think someone posted it on the regular board. I will guess many have diversified their holdings since.

No one knows what Indonesia will do when the election is over. It could get better or it could get worse. I think Chesters post is a typical comment. I think he said that he has invested a lot of his SA's investment else where to regain the money he has lost. That is a healthy comment. Not that he won't come back to SA. I think Mountaineer is doing that as well  (according to his posts). Mountaineer told me that in his group there were 4 million shares amongst his friendly retail investors in SA. Large group.

I don't know if you checked out along the way with SA and recently got back in. Thus the return to posting, but to promote the long time investors to buy more after 6 years is tricky. To each his own I guess.

SA had or still has one of the most stubborn older aged investors that attacked posters over the years. That has basically stopped. I will guess that is a telling sign that they have moved on.

Kevin I find your post's very cerebral. You are a very good researcher and you are very good at details. I have got to say that sometimes that clouds the plain facts that perhaps have nothing to do with reality. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut and not your brain.

Keep up the great work that you do and be kind to the less smart. Cheers.
