So if EAG takes off, I imagine that SA would exercise their warrants... SA conceivably has only a couple of million left in the bank after that. I guess EAG is it as far as "strategic investments". If they spend anything else on another project, then there will be nothing left in the till to buy the warrants... So much for diversification!!!

Yes, it looks like they have put all their remaining eggs in to one basket. However, it looks to me like a good bet and as it is their only diversification, they will put 100% effort and attention in to it.
I've been buying EAG shares and currently hold more of them than SA shares. There again I hope to be getting in at the bottom with EAG rather than being at the bottom with SA.
I have a couple of holdings that might provide a profit in the near future. If this happens then I might put some of it in to SA shares, as this will help average down my investment.
Lots of rumours and speculation regarding a JV. I hear that there are companies interested in SA's properties, but as to what they are offering for a JV might not be acceptable, hence the reason why no-one has got over the finish line...YET!!!!
Fingers still crossed, this is not a dead duck.
