Keek Inc. (TSX: V.KEK, Stock Forum) eased 10.5% to 8.5 cents Tuesday after the mobile video social media networking company's board announced that it had approved a financing plan that would see the company issuing a series of senior secured notes of up to $5.0 million.
According to the news release, the notes will bear a 12% interest rate per annum on the principal and will be payable 12 months from the date of issuance. Along with the notes, the company has decided to issue an aggregate of up to 5.0 million common share purchase warrants that entitle the holders to purchase, on a one-to-one basis, common shares at an exercise rate of $0.10 at any time up to three years after the date of issue.
Kaminak Gold Corp. (TSX: V.KAM, Stock Forum) jumped 6% to 71 cents on positive results from follow-up drilling at the Kona North Discovery on the Coffee Gold Project located in the Yukon.
According to the news release, eight additional holes for a total of 1,600 metres were completed as part of the company's second phase exploration drilling program this fall, bringing the total holes to 10.
