DNI Metals Inc. (
TSX: V.DNI,
Stock Forum) rose 15.4% to 15 cents Friday after the company said it has a increased a non-brokered private placement announced on May 27, 2015 to $900,000 in order to meet demand.
The company now expects to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 6.9 million units at a price of 13 cents per unit. Proceeds will be used for corporate cash flow purposes,
DNI Metals said in a release.
Mega Precious Metals Inc. (
TSX: V.MGP,
Stock Forum), unchanged at 9 cents, was active after announcing the re-scheduling of a hearing date related to a previously announced plan of arrangement whereby
Yamana Gold Inc. (
TSX: T.YRI,
Stock Forum) will acquire all the outstanding shares of Mega.
The hearing date for the final order has been re-scheduled to June 10, 2015,
the company said in a press release.
