Twin Butte Energy (TSX: TBE, Forum) had a good day on the boards today when SP moved upward based on no material news. The last release made by the company was in the middle of January when it announced amendments to its bank credit facilities.
According to that
news release, the company’s total credit facilities were amended to $225.0 million, comprised of $115.0 million revolving syndicated facility, a $25.0 million operating facility and an $85.0 million non-revolving credit facility.
Shares were up 30.00% to $0.13 per share.
Noront Resources (TSX: V.NOT, Forum) slid somewhat in the markets today in the wake of a recently announced preliminary short-form prospectus which was submitted to the Provinces of British Columbia and Ontario to qualify for the distribution of units of Noront, flow-through units, and common shares and warrants of Noront.
According to the
news release, if the maximum offering is achieved, the company will raise aggregate gross proceeds of $5.5 million and $2.5 million if the minimum offering is achieved. Seems some investors weren’t happy with what they felt was a dilutive financing.
Shares were down 22.34% to $0.365 per share.
