Stockhouse Canadian Small and Micro-cap Stock Report for Friday, February 11, 2010

TORONTO (SHfn) – NSGold Corp. (TSX: V.NSX , Stock Forum) jumped 13% to 34 cents Friday after releasing assays from drilling at its Mooseland gold project in Halifax County Nova, Scotia. The junior said it has received assays from three of 26 holes. Highlights include 27 grams per tonne gold over a width of two meters. Drilling and assay results indicate significant intercepts of quartz structures and sulfides that assayed between 0.1 and 1.0 grams per tonne, the company added.

Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. (TSX: V.EAG, Stock Forum) was also up 14% to 32 cents on news of more drill results from the Windfall Lake gold property near Val D’Or, Quebec. Two of the five released holes have identified a new zone. The other three have expanded Zone 27 and continue to prove out the continuity of gold mineralization.

Donner Metals Ltd. (TSX: V.DON, Stock Forum) rose 4% to 28.5 cents, after announcing that its joint venture partner Xstrata Canada Corp. will immediately conduct a feasibility study on the PD1 Deposit which is located on the Matagami project in western Quebec. The study will focus on the open pit potential of the deposit between a vertical depth of 25 and 100 metres. It has the potential to supplement production from the nearby Bracemac-McLeod deposit between 2013 and 2016, Donner said.

Canadian International Minerals Inc. (TSX: V.CIN, Stock Forum) closed unchanged at 60 cents. The junior said it has acquired 218 mineral claims covering 1,861 hectares that adjoin its Deadhorse Creek property in the Thunder Bay mining division in northwestern Ontario. Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company will issue 250,000 common shares and pay the cost of staking.
