Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX: T.SVB, Stock Forum) said it’s going to expand its underground Termite "twinning" drill program on the Sierra Mojada project in Mexico.

The flagship project, located 150 kilometers north of the city of Torreon in Coahuila, is highly prospective for silver and zinc.

According to the press release, the initial 2,000 meter underground core drill program will follow up on a zinc exploration target defined by historical long-hole drilling and channel samples.

The zinc target’s previous drilling discovered 924 holes with over 4% zinc and 517 holes with average weighted intercept over 8% zinc.

Overall, the company hopes the new drilling program will upgrade the target classification to a NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource.

In addition to the planned underground drilling program Silver Bull continues to also push its extensive metallurgical program on the silver and zinc mineralization.

Silver Bull is a mineral exploration company with prospects in Mexico, Gabon and Central Africa.

On Friday morning, Silver Bill was trading at $0.50 a share. The company has a market cap of $68 million, based on 136.2 million shares outstanding. The 52-week high and low was $0.75 and $0.41 respectively.
