Centerra Gold (TSX: T.CG, Stock Forum) Sunday reported that on Saturday, June 1, 2013, its Kumtor mine and mill operations in Kyrgyzstan have resumed, this according to a company news release.

Road access to the mine was re-established and national grid power to the mine site was restored following violent protests.

Centerra added that it does not believe the suspension of operations will have a significant impact on its 2013 forecasted gold production.
