Cruz Cobalt Corp. (TSX: V.CUZ, OTCPink: BKTPF, Forum) on Thursday said Eagle GeoPhysics has commenced the airborne work program over Cruz’s four separate Ontario cobalt properties.

The airborne survey is the first of several work programs that are being formulated, the company said in a press release.

More information can be found here.

Cruz Cobalt was in the news recently when the company said the drill permit for the 900-acre Johnson Cobalt Prospect near Cobalt, Ont., has been approved by the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines.

Cruz is set to be one of the most active junior cobalt companies in the coming months, with multiple work programs expected to commence in multiple countries, states and provinces, said Cruz President James Nelson.

Nelson said he is very optimistic about the cobalt price, which recently reached a nine-year highs of $27.90.

Full Disclosure: Cruz Cobalt Corp. is a paid client of Stockhouse Publishing.
