TerrAscend starts medical cannabis cultivation in Ontario

TerrAscend Corp. (CSE: C.TER, Forum) said Tuesday its Solace Health Inc. subsidiary has begun medical cannabis cultivation activities at its headquarters in Mississauga, Ont.

Solace Health will initially cultivate a variety of cannabis strains sought by Canadian patients, including offerings with varying THC and CBD concentrations and genetic subtypes.

TerrAscend was in the news recently when its Solace Health Subsidiary was awarded its license to cultivate cannabis from Health Canada under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).
