Cambridge House’s 2018 Vancouver Resource Investment Conference was a resounding success. With exhibitor booths sold out, and a large crowd of fully engaged investors, the loud-and-clear message was that “resource investing is back”.
For the Stockhouse Community, VRIC was a good reminder that while emerging sectors like cannabis and blockchain have captured considerable investor interest, resource investing remains front-and-center for Canadian small-cap investors.

Many Stockhouse investors now have a significant “cannabis” component in their investment portfolios. However, with 100’s of highly prospective resource companies spread across more than a dozen distinct sectors, resource investing still offers small-cap investors with a superior selection of companies from which to choose.
