Forum) announced Monday that it has signed a letter of intent with exploration and development company
IDM Mining Ltd., where IDM will assist the Company with technical and geological expertise, as well as logistical and community guidance for the Company’s Clone Gold Property. Permitting is underway for drilling on the property, with surface exploration work and proposed drilling during the 2018 season to be staged out of IDM’s nearby exploration camp.
