Invictus MD Strategies Corp. (V.GENE, V.GENE.WT, Forum) announced on Monday that it has received approval from its Board of Directors to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement with CannAmerica Brands Corp. (CSE: CANA, OTCQB: CNNXF) to acquire hemp biomass for extraction into CBD isolate using purpose-built facilities for large scale CBD extraction.

Invictus announced last weekthat wholly-owned subsidiary Canandia has received a sales license from Health Canada for its Delta, B.C. location, which includes a cultivation, production and research facility.
