The cryptocurrency market has stabilized today, with most of the top 20 coins registering limited gains through out early trading sessions. Meanwhile, a commissioner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sent a strong signal that a Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) will eventually be approved.

The cryptocurrency market cap clawed back above US$112 billion on Thursday after falling to its lowest level of the year. At press time, the total market was valued at US$112.1 billion, according to Einstein Exchange.
