Champignon Brands Inc. (CSE: SHRM, Forum) announced on Monday that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire British Columbia-based craft mushroom cultivator and supplier Artisan Growers Ltd. The Company intends to integrate Artisan’s craft mushroom production capacity into its existing medicinal mushroom manufacturing, formulation and distribution infrastructure.
