Callinex Mines Inc. (TSX-V: CNX, OTCQX: CLLXF, Forum) announced on Tuesday that it had commenced its 2020 summer drilling campaign at its Pine Bay Project. The aim will be to drill test two targets, totaling up to 1,500 metres. This drilling will follow up on recently identified highly conductive borehole electromagnetic anomalies off-hole from sulphide stringers that include copper, zinc, gold and silver mineralization. These anomalies are interpreted to occur within the same mine horizon that hosts the Sourdough VMS deposit and the past producing Centennial Mine.

This comes as CNX recently
released results from its 2019 / 2020 drilling campaign at its Pine Bay Project on Tuesday, which tested eight target areas that have the potential to host high-grade zinc, copper, gold and silver-rich Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide deposits. Located 16 km away from processing facilities in Flin Flon, Manitoba, multiple highly conductive anomalies identified off-hole from sulphide stringers that include copper, zinc, gold and silver mineralization.
